At DrynDip, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If there is any issue with the order, please contact us immediately.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The order is incomplete.
  • The product is not fit for consumption upon delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Refund Process for COD Orders

Since DrynDip currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only:

  • Approved refunds will be processed via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, or another agreed electronic transfer method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after claim approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
